Training with Dan has been a great journey so far. I've set PBs across the 10k and marathon distances, including 2:24 at the London Marathon—a 6-minute PB. And I'm confident that I would have set PBs across all distances if I had raced them. Dan's coaching is fully individualised and tailored to work towards your goals and to help strengthen your weaknesses. He finely balances increasing your load over time but never to the point that it becomes unmanageable or unenjoyable. I can't remember the last time I didn’t look forward to a run, and when you combine that with hitting you time goals, you can't really ask for much more. He is always on hand to answer any questions I have, providing insights and encouragement that keep me motivated and focused. Thanks to Dan, I am running better and more confidently than ever before. I recommend him to anyone looking to elevate their running performance, find their joy for running or both!

I have been a fan of Dan and Owain’s podcast for some time. I studied sports science at Loughborough university 20 years ago and having worked with a couple of other running coaches over the last 5 years I thought it was time to go back to a more sports science focused way of training. I have been coached by Owain for the last four months and loved it. Each session is different and interesting and we talk through why they are being done in such a way. He lets me change things if and when I need to with a young family and can do different sessions to help support some of my running friends that I train with. I have asked endless questions and Owain always has the answer and the science to back it up. It has bee a refreshing way to train, I have steadily increased my mileage (my choice) and feel stronger and fitter than ever before. I am excited to race over the summer and see what new PBs will arise. Thanks Owain for your help so far. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Forget your “influence” coaches these guys actually know what they are talking about and have the science to back it all up.
